The final results of Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) will be assessed after submitting payment request no. 6 to the European Commission. This request will include necessary reports from reform and investment coordinators by September 15, 2026. The Ministry of Investments and European Projects (MIPE) will update the PNRR dashboard based on these reports. Currently, the dashboard reflects the implementation status as of the first semester of 2026. Efforts are focused on completing administrative procedures for payment request no. 5 and submitting request no. 6. Preliminary data suggests a fund absorption rate of over 90% for grants and over 95% for loans, with a total PNRR allocation of €20.11 billion.
