Lucrările de termoficare în București, finalizate în proporție de 95%

The modernization of Bucharest's heating network is 95% complete in some areas, with 438 blocks set to benefit from upgrades by winter. The project includes 212 kilometers of pipes, funded by European grants, totaling 1.76 billion lei. Currently, 63 kilometers are under construction, and 76 kilometers are expected to be replaced by year-end, serving around 4,900 blocks. Key sites include the intersection of Iuliu Maniu Boulevard and General Paul Teodorescu Boulevard, and Opanez Street near Lacul Tei Boulevard. The municipality aims to finish all ongoing work by the end of the year.
