The decision was confirmed by the High Court of Cassation and Justice. Stoica, who is 50 years old, reported debts of 250,000 lei. This case highlights ongoing issues within the judiciary, as another judge faced disciplinary action for similar delays but retained their position. Starting September 15, 2026, significant changes will be implemented in the Romanian judicial system regarding case management expectations for judges.
