Anacondă de peste 2 metri, descoperită pe malul Dunării

A woman in Lower Bavaria discovered a giant snake, later identified as a South American anaconda, while walking along the Danube. The 66-year-old spotted the over two-meter-long reptile near Kirchroth, realizing it was not a native species. Authorities quickly responded, capturing the snake with the help of a reptile specialist. Anacondas are classified as dangerous wild animals in Bavaria, and their ownership is strictly regulated. These snakes can grow up to nine meters long and are known for their predatory behavior, often hunting large mammals and reptiles.
