ANAF vinde cu 50.000 de lei jumătate dintr-un apartament de două camere din Hunedoara

A half share of a two-room apartment in Hunedoara is being auctioned for approximately 50,000 lei. The auction runs from September 10 to 20, 2026, organized by the Timișoara Regional Public Finance Directorate. The apartment, located on Runcului Street, has a usable area of 45 square meters and is situated on the 10th floor. The starting price reflects a 25% reduction from the initial evaluation of about 67,310 lei. Interested bidders must register on the auction platform and pay a participation fee of around 5,048 lei, with the transaction exempt from VAT.
