Avocată din Baroul București, trimisă în judecată - E acuzată de evaziune fiscală de 650.000 de lei

A lawyer from Bucharest Bar has been indicted for tax evasion, failing to declare over 650,000 lei in income. The prosecution claims she omitted 212 income declarations from 2017 to 2023, resulting in a tax loss of 122,747 lei. During the investigation, authorities placed a lien on her assets to recover the alleged damages. The case is now set for trial at the Bucharest Court of Appeal.
