Câți bani pierzi din frică? Europenii ar fi putut avea o avere cu până la 2,79 trilioane de euro mai mare dacă investeau o parte din banii ținuți în depozite – Aleph News
A study by ING Research reveals that Eurozone households could have had an additional €1.17 trillion in wealth by 2025 if they had invested a quarter of their savings instead of keeping them in deposits. Investing in stocks could have yielded even higher returns, estimated at €2.79 trillion. Currently, households allocate about 6% of their disposable income to savings, with 62% of their liquid assets in bank deposits. Fear of investing is prevalent, with 42% viewing it as gambling. While half of savers invest, many lack the education and confidence to do so. Countries like Sweden and Denmark show that public policies can encourage investment behavior.
