Cezar Șerban, ADURO: 10 măsuri pentru sectorul construcțiilor

On the occasion of the National Builder's Day, the Romanian company ADURO proposed ten measures aimed at strengthening the construction industry and ensuring a predictable framework for infrastructure development in Romania. These proposals, part of a long-term vision titled "Romania 2025," address significant challenges faced by the sector, including rising costs and payment delays. ADURO emphasizes the need for a stable partnership between the state and the construction industry, timely payments, and a digital mechanism for contract price updates. Other key measures include prioritizing public investments, supporting local material production, ensuring fiscal stability, and enhancing workforce qualifications. The company also advocates for reducing bureaucracy and promoting Romanian builders internationally, particularly in reconstruction efforts in Ukraine and infrastructure projects in Moldova.
