Constructorii au 3 miliarde de euro de încasat prin PNRR

Construction companies have executed works worth around 6 billion euros through the PNRR but have only received about 3.1 billion euros, creating a gap of approximately 3 billion euros. This discrepancy pressures the liquidity of construction firms, which must finance their operations while awaiting payment. The construction sector accounts for nearly 9.45 billion euros of the PNRR, representing 44.8% of the total program value. The FPSC highlights issues such as poorly prepared projects and lengthy procedures, urging a review before the next European financial exercise from 2028 to 2034. They stress the need for national co-financing and timely project preparation to maintain workforce stability in the construction industry.
