Delgaz Grid testează gaze cu 30% hidrogen

Delgaz Grid has completed a pilot project testing natural gas and hydrogen mixtures, with up to 30% hydrogen, in various heating and industrial equipment. The results will inform regulatory frameworks for renewable gases. The project, named 30HyGrid, builds on previous tests with 20% hydrogen. Initial tests involved household equipment, while later stages focused on larger industrial systems. The tests showed no significant technical risks and indicated reduced emissions, particularly carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides. Delgaz Grid plans further research on alternative gases, including biogas and 100% hydrogen use. The tests were conducted by certified specialists trained in Germany.
