Finlanda se alătură inițiativei Franței de descurajare nucleară

Finland has officially joined Emmanuel Macron's initiative for advanced nuclear deterrence, becoming the tenth European country to participate. This move aims to enhance Europe's strategic autonomy amid security concerns stemming from the ongoing war in Ukraine and hybrid threats from Russia. A nuclear coordination group will be established to implement this cooperation. While France and the UK are the only European nations with nuclear weapons, the initiative allows voluntary participation from other states. Finland's president emphasized that the country will not station nuclear weapons during peacetime, although recent legislative changes allow for flexible military cooperation with allies.
