Germania alocă încă un milion de euro pentru siguranța nucleară în Ucraina

Germany will allocate an additional one million euros to enhance the safety of nuclear plants in Ukraine, as announced by the Berlin Ministry of Environment. This funding will be presented by State Secretary Rita Schwarzelühr-Sutter at an IAEA conference in Vienna. To date, Germany has provided 7.3 million euros to support the IAEA's presence in Ukraine. The Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant, under Russian control, has faced safety concerns due to drone attacks and power supply interruptions. Schwarzelühr-Sutter will also seek increased international support for repairs at the Chernobyl nuclear facility, which was damaged in a Russian drone attack, with Germany planning to contribute 50 million euros for these repairs.
