Hornbach România plans to invest around 70 million euros in two new stores in Cluj-Napoca and Craiova. The Cluj-Napoca store will be the second in the city, with construction already underway and set to open in autumn 2027. The Craiova store, the first in Oltenia, has received authorization, with construction expected to start in early 2027 and an opening in spring 2028. Each store represents an investment of approximately 35 million euros, with the Cluj-Napoca location featuring a sales area of about 20,100 square meters. Hornbach aims to strengthen its presence in Romania, responding to regional demand and economic growth.
