In the second quarter of 2026, net investments rose by 17.8% in real terms, driven by a 21.5% increase in new construction works and an 18.1% rise in machinery and transport equipment. However, other investment expenditures saw a decline of 6.9%. The growth in net investments is attributed to significant increases in machinery and new construction, while other expenditures decreased by 25.4%. Net investments are defined as expenses for creating new fixed assets and modernizing existing ones, including related service costs.
