Lucrările de la Palatul Buckingham au dus la descoperirea unor obiecte ce datează din anii 1800

During restoration work at Buckingham Palace, various everyday items were discovered, believed to belong to staff from the 1800s. Among the finds were worn boots, a newspaper clipping, and a ticket for a card game event from 1949. The ongoing ten-year renovation aims to replace outdated systems and address fire and water damage concerns. Notably, a typewritten program revealed plans for Queen Elizabeth II's Silver Jubilee reception in 1977. King Charles and Queen Camilla currently reside at Clarence House and will not return to Buckingham Palace post-renovation, which may allow for increased public access and revenue generation.
