Military aircraft will fly at low altitudes and military vehicles will be seen on Romanian roads as part of the "Burebista 26" exercise. This exercise, running from September 14 to 25, involves various branches of the Romanian Armed Forces and aims to enhance combat readiness. The Ministry of National Defense reassures citizens that these activities are routine training and not a cause for alarm. The exercise includes both air and ground operations, with participation from allied forces. It is part of over 100 planned training activities for 2026, focusing on improving cooperation with allies and preparing for major training events in 2027.
