Following its premiere at the Venice Film Festival, Israeli Culture Minister Miki Zohar announced plans to revoke the citizenship of the filmmakers, accusing them of treason. The film, which received critical acclaim, includes anonymous accounts from 24 military personnel discussing the methods employed in airstrikes. Zohar criticized the filmmakers for allegedly harming their homeland for international applause, emphasizing a need for reforms in the film industry to prevent funding such projects.
