Motorină cu acciza redusă direct pentru fermieri. APIA ar stabili anual cantitatea eligibilă
Farmers may soon purchase diesel for agriculture with a reduced excise tax upfront, thanks to a legislative proposal by AUR. This change aims to ease financial pressure during peak agricultural periods by allowing immediate application of the reduced tax at the point of sale. Currently, farmers pay the full excise tax and later reclaim the difference, which can strain their liquidity. The proposal includes annual eligibility assessments by APIA based on specific consumption norms for different crops. A national electronic register will track eligible quantities and purchases, streamlining the process and reducing administrative burdens. The initiative is expected to improve cash flow for small and medium farms without increasing fiscal support.
