He praised the professionalism of the Finnish Air Force and highlighted the importance of cooperation between Romania and Finland in military aviation, particularly regarding the transition to F-35 aircraft. The visit coincided with a summit hosted by Finland, where Dan participated in discussions on Arctic security and EU roles. The summit gathered various European leaders and EU representatives, emphasizing solidarity in defense matters from the Arctic to the Black Sea.
