Proiectul care ar pedepsi oficialităţile care nu celebrează Ziua Drapelului este dezbătut luni de Camera Deputaţilor

A proposed law requiring public authority leaders to actively participate in the National Flag Day celebration is set for debate in the Chamber of Deputies. Initiated over three years ago by Senator Mircia Chelaru, the event is scheduled for June 26 each year. The bill has passed the Senate and is now awaiting discussion in the Chamber, alongside other legislative items, including a controversial bear hunting law. Deputies will return to mandatory physical presence in plenary sessions following a request from several parliamentarians.
