Miruță stated that the subsidy for CFR should benefit passengers rather than empty trains. Union representatives claim the budget approval is delayed at the Ministry of Finance, warning that this could disrupt train operations. They noted that 257 days into the year, the state railway operator still lacks an approved budget.
