Vertical Seven Group and Indira Abdulvoap-Jianu have fully acquired the Romanian startup Zitamine, which focuses on personalized nutrition. Vertical Seven now holds 68.18% of the company, while Abdulvoap-Jianu owns 31.82% and has taken over as CEO. Zitamine, founded by Alexandra Stroe and Iulia Ghiță in 2021, aims to transform how people take nutritional supplements through personalized recommendations based on an online questionnaire. The startup previously raised €350,000 from various investors and reported revenues of 2.34 million lei in 2025, although it is currently operating at a loss. Vertical Seven Group has investments in several companies, including Zăganu Brewery and Sport Guru.
