Traian Băsescu, despre criza guvernamentală și desemnarea premierului: Sunt unul dintre cei care cred că cel de-al doilea Guvern o să treacă

Former President Traian Băsescu criticized the handling of the political crisis in Romania, emphasizing the need for a new prime minister to be appointed quickly. He pointed out that the country has been without a full government for four months and urged President Nicușor Dan to act responsibly. Băsescu expressed skepticism about discussions at a recent wedding regarding the political future, suggesting that if governance were a priority, it would have been addressed sooner. He believes the next proposed government will likely pass in Parliament, as lawmakers are reluctant to trigger another crisis so close to elections. Băsescu also criticized Ilie Bolojan for prolonging the interim situation and blocking political solutions.
