Tudor-Ioan Giurca, a tenth-grade student from the National College "Gheorghe Lazăr" in Sibiu, won third place at the International English Olympiad held in Suceava. This achievement follows his first-place win at the national stage earlier this year. The event gathered 143 students and teachers from 14 countries, promoting cultural exchange and teamwork. Giurca's success was recognized during an official ceremony by the Minister of Education. His participation was supported by his teacher, Marinela Onițiu, and the experience included cultural visits to various historical sites in Bucovina. The local education authority praised his accomplishments and encouraged his future endeavors.
