Police determined that the girl failed to yield while entering the intersection from a subordinate road. She was hospitalized but is not in life-threatening condition. The police spokesperson emphasized the importance of understanding traffic regulations and the risks of reckless scooter use. A report has been sent to the family court, as the driver was following the rules and the girl is a minor, making her parents responsible for the incident.
