15 years were requested for the brother killer from Somoskőújfalu

The Nógrád County Prosecutor's Office has charged a 31-year-old man with murder for killing his younger brother in Somoskőújfalu last June. The brothers had a fight at home, during which the intoxicated man grabbed a knife from the kitchen table and stabbed his brother in the back. After the incident, he attempted to dispose of the broken knife and wash his bloody clothes, but police found the clothes in the washing machine. The prosecutor's office is seeking a 15-year prison sentence for the man, who has a criminal record and is currently under suspended sentence, and also requests that he pay 2.5 million forints in legal costs.
