Hackers stole 2 billion forints, but most of it has already been recovered by Binance

On October 30, a significant crypto hack targeted the Binance exchange, resulting in an estimated theft of around 2 trillion HUF in cryptocurrency. The company is actively working to resolve the issue and has committed to covering all losses from the hack, allocating over 6.34 billion USD for this purpose. Binance aims to resume user payouts as early as November 1, although recovering the remaining 10% of the funds may take longer.
