2 Russian army deserters arrested while heading for Kyiv

Two Russian deserters were apprehended by Ukraine's SBU after fleeing their unit in Donetsk and attempting to reach Kyiv disguised as civilians. They changed into civilian clothes, buried their military gear, and sought a ride to Dnipro. One deserter had a military ID tag, and both were detained while trying to cross into Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. One has a criminal history and faces treason charges, while the other is a POW after signing a contract to fight for Russia.
