The Wejherowo District Court sentenced 19-year-old Dominik M. to one year in prison, suspended for three years, for causing a fatal accident. In March, he exceeded the speed limit by approximately 18 km/h, lost control of his vehicle, and collided with another car, resulting in the death of a 50-year-old woman. The court imposed additional penalties, including a five-year driving ban and a fine of 4,000 PLN. The judge noted the defendant's youth, good character, and remorse, leading to the decision for a suspended sentence. The ruling is not yet final.
