55 meters high, 14 floors. Railway workers presented the concept of a new office building

A new office building is set to be constructed on a 1.35-hectare plot at Aleje Jerozolimskie 140, near the West Station and Eurocentrum complexes. The building will have up to 14 floors and a height of 55 meters, primarily serving as the headquarters for companies within the PKP Group. The project is managed by Xcity Investment, with architectural designs by Atelier Tektura. The total area will be approximately 73,000 square meters, including 47,000 square meters for commercial tenants. Project work is scheduled for 2027, with construction planned from 2028 to 2031. This site has been under consideration for development since 2015, with previous plans failing to materialize.
