According to BDPST Group, Tiborcz is still the owner of Gordiusz, and they are asking the NAV to account for the "unreal data".

The Gordiusz Private Equity Fund's investor circle remains unchanged, still linked to the BDPST Group, according to a statement from the company. This follows reports that István Tiborcz's name has disappeared from previously associated private equity funds. A review of 21 funds found that Tiborcz's name was absent from 19 of them, including one where he previously held a 99% stake. The BDPST plans to contact the tax authority to clarify discrepancies in the data. They emphasized that linking a private equity fund to Tiborcz does not prove ownership of the assets. The situation remains unclear regarding 18 other funds previously associated with him, as the actual owners of public funds remain undisclosed, raising concerns about transparency.
