In Calais, ten years after the dismantling of the "great jungle", others have replaced it: "Honestly, the situation today is worse"

On a Monday in October, Salam, a migrant aid association, distributes meals at the Loon-Plage camp near Dunkirk. Volunteers prepare food for around 1,000-1,200 people, as many migrants attempt to cross the English Channel. The camp reflects ongoing migration challenges, reminiscent of the Calais jungle dismantled ten years ago, which housed thousands of migrants.
