The Central Theatre responded to András Stohl's complaint about the 39,000 HUF tickets for his own performance.
The Centrál Színház addressed concerns over ticket prices for the play "Furcsa pár," starring Stohl András and Alföldi Róbert. Tickets can reach up to 39,000 HUF, with New Year's Eve tickets potentially costing 60,000 HUF. Stohl expressed discomfort with the high prices, feeling they create pressure on performers to meet audience expectations. He suggested he would prefer lower ticket prices. The theater management explained that dynamic pricing was implemented to ensure financial sustainability, as they face disadvantages compared to state-supported theaters. They emphasized the need to offer productions that justify higher ticket prices to maintain operations.
