The Kremlin has confirmed that Russia will participate in next week's trilateral talks

The Russian delegation will arrive in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11 for trilateral talks involving Russia, Ukraine, and the U.S., confirmed Dmitry Peskov. This announcement follows U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff's statement on the resumption of negotiations. The head of the Russian delegation will be historian Vladimir Medinsky. Peskov also mentioned potential discussions between leaders Putin, Trump, and Xi Jinping at the APEC summit, with arrangements underway. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized the necessity of Putin's participation in peace talks, focusing on a partial ceasefire and prisoner exchanges during the Abu Dhabi discussions, with Turkey suggested as a practical mediator.
