The meeting is planned for the APEC summit in Shenzhen on November 18-19. Trump expressed willingness to attend but emphasized discussions would focus on nuclear weapons rather than Ukraine. Ushakov also mentioned Russia is ready to resume trilateral talks with the US regarding Ukraine after November 4, potentially in Abu Dhabi.
