Gránit Asset Management turns to NAV because the name of István Tiborcz has disappeared from the official data of its private equity fund

Gránit Alapkezelő has approached the National Tax and Customs Administration regarding the absence of Tiborcz István's name in the official records of the Gordiusz Private Equity Fund. The BDPST Group, owned by Tiborcz, stated that the investor circle of the fund remains unchanged, implying his name should be listed. Previous investigations revealed that Tiborcz's name was missing from the records of companies where he was a beneficial owner. The deadline for declaring actual owners to the tax authority was October 5, which Gránit claims to have met, yet his name is still absent. Additionally, a report was filed concerning the Kisfaludy program, specifically mentioning the Le Primore hotel, linked to a private equity fund managed by Gránit until July.
