The day after the Serbian elections, the Vojvodina television apologized to viewers for its one-sided reporting in recent years.

The RTV's news anchor publicly apologized for biased reporting and omissions regarding recent events, acknowledging the need for accountability. Following this, Nenad Ćaćić, the editor-in-chief of Serbia's public television, resigned, fulfilling a demand from the Nezavisnost union. A similar apology occurred in Hungary, where the public media admitted to years of misinformation and announced a transformation for future independence and credibility.
