A 28-year-old man from Pécs beat his partner to near death in the hallway of their apartment building

On November 1, police in Baranya County interrogated a 28-year-old man from Pécs, suspected of assaulting his partner at home days earlier. Allegations include repeatedly hitting the woman and violently striking her in the head before dragging her into the hallway and continuing the assault. The man has been taken into custody, and proceedings for causing life-threatening bodily harm have been initiated against him.
