"The executor criminal organization did not end with the arrest of the Schadl-Völner duo" – Ferenc Kiss questioned a former executor by the parliamentary investigation committee
Former bailiff Ferenc Kiss testified before the Execution Abuse Investigative Committee, discussing alleged mafia-like operations within the Bailiff Chamber. He claimed to have filed complaints against ten bailiffs linked to upper management, asserting that no progress had been made in these cases. Kiss presented a 247-page document highlighting security risks in the bailiff's IT system, which he argued could expose sensitive data to unauthorized entities. He also alleged that the Bailiff Chamber unlawfully calculated fees, resulting in approximately 4 billion HUF in illegal gains. The committee plans to hear from former Justice Minister Judit Varga and others in the coming weeks.
