"Take cover". Ukrainian capital targeted by ballistic missile attack, says mayor

Kiev was targeted by a Russian ballistic missile attack, causing explosions and damage to residential buildings and vehicles. Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko urged residents to take shelter. The Ukrainian Air Force confirmed the attack involved drones and missiles. Additionally, President Zelensky reported at least 13 fatalities from a separate Russian drone strike on a train station in Dnipro. He called for stronger sanctions from the EU, US, and G7 in response to these attacks.
