"Abuse of power". Defense of the protesters will file a complaint against MAI and the director of PSP

The defense of the protesters plans to file a complaint against the Minister of Internal Administration and the national director of the PSP for "abuse of power" following the detention of 13 individuals. Among those released was Célia Monteiro, a member of the "Mothers for Acampada" group. The lawyer representing the protesters confirmed the intention to take legal action against Luís Neves and the PSP director. The detentions occurred in Porto and Lisbon, with claims of unequal treatment in emergency services and reports of injuries among both protesters and police officers. The detained individuals will appear before a judge on Monday.
