"To beg for billion-dollar subsidies." The Pirates won't let Tykač sleep, another lawsuit is in court

Petr Poledne, lawyer for billionaire Pavel Tykač, is involved in multiple legal cases, including a lawsuit against MP Kateřina Stojanová. Stojanová accused Tykač of exploiting the Ústí region for profit and failing to compensate local communities adequately. The court is currently examining evidence regarding land valuations related to Tykač's mining operations. Tykač's company plans to distribute 213 million CZK to local municipalities, but disputes over the compensation amount persist. This lawsuit is one of two ongoing cases involving Tykač and members of the Pirate Party, with another case concerning former MP Jakub Michálek also in progress.
