Internal Administration will not appeal the court decision

The Ministry of Internal Administration will not appeal a Lisbon court's decision allowing Renata Cambra to set up a tent in Rossio Square until November 24. The court ruled that the interpretation of a curfew was unconstitutional and permitted the use of necessary structures for the protest. However, the ruling is specific to Cambra's case and does not establish a collective right to set up tents.
