Corruption scandal in Pomerania. An official and a construction manager have been detained.

On October 8, authorities searched residences and offices in Puck, detaining three individuals linked to corruption charges. The suspects include a construction manager, an official, and a contractor, accused of bribery and corruption. Investigators allege that the construction manager was persuaded to bribe the official to facilitate a property inspection that would prevent its use as a service location. One suspect accepted a financial benefit for mediation, while another is charged with inciting the crime and delivering the bribe. All suspects face police supervision, financial guarantees, travel bans, and restrictions on contacting each other. The official has been suspended from duties. Similar corruption arrests occurred in April involving two individuals in the same office.
