Zondacrypto Scandal. Luxury cars have been seized by the police

Authorities in Katowice have temporarily arrested a suspect linked to the Zondacrypto cryptocurrency exchange, which has faced allegations of fraud and money laundering. The court has ordered the seizure of assets worth approximately 125 million PLN as part of an ongoing investigation. Prosecutors are working to identify and secure assets that could compensate affected clients. A meeting was held to discuss cooperation between the prosecutor's office, the bankruptcy trustee, and creditors regarding asset recovery. Clients have been unable to access their funds since April, and the exchange's operator declared bankruptcy in August. The investigation also involves the disappearance of the exchange's founder, Sylwester Suszek.
