Investigations are underway at the foundations linked to Zbigniew Ziobro and Przemysław Wipler regarding funds received from Zondacrypto. The probe, initiated in April, involves significant fraud and money laundering allegations. It has been connected to the disappearance of Zondacrypto's creator, Sylwester Suszek, missing since March 2022. In September, allegations surfaced about Ziobro's involvement, with Prime Minister Donald Tusk citing testimony suggesting compensation linked to Ziobro's foundation. Ziobro denied any direct communication with Zondacrypto's head, stating he only discussed potential support with a former CBA officer.
