Airbnb changes its rules. No more washing dishes and doing laundry after your stay

However, guests are still expected to leave the property in reasonable condition. Hosts must communicate their rules before booking and cannot add new requirements afterward. Airbnb will standardize policies on various issues, including pets and noise. Some hosts oppose these changes, fearing increased cleaning burdens for staff, while cleaning fees can still be charged.
