Operations "Znicz" and "Hiena" near cemeteries

This year, over 550 municipal guards will participate in the "Hiena" operation, focusing on the safety of cemetery visitors and deterring potential thieves. Citizens are urged to keep valuables supervised and report any suspicious situations. Concurrently, the "Znicz" operation will ensure smooth traffic around Warsaw's cemeteries, prioritizing pedestrian movement and public transport. Police will monitor vehicle speed, adherence to traffic rules, and check for proper child seating. Special bus and tram lines will operate near cemeteries, with some streets closed to individual traffic during the weekend.
