All nine on board Learjet killed in Florida plane crash near Trump's resort home

A Learjet crashed in Palm Beach County, Florida, killing all nine on board. The aircraft, which had taken off from Austin, Texas, was en route to the Bahamas when it plummeted near Cresthaven, close to Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort. Eyewitness accounts described the plane descending rapidly and creating a large fireball upon impact. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis expressed condolences and described the incident as a tragedy. The FAA and NTSB are investigating the crash, which occurred amid reported storms in the area.
