UC students will be able to intern in the public sector of Macau

The Government of Macau is interested in hosting interns from the University of Coimbra's Public Administration programs. João Nuno Calvão da Silva, the university's vice-rector, met with Kong Chi Meng from the Education and Youth Development Services to discuss internship opportunities. This initiative aims to enhance the internationalization of the University of Coimbra and provide students with valuable experience in Macau. The university also proposed that qualified young professionals from Macau access its internship network. Additionally, a collaboration agreement with the University of Macau's Faculty of Law was established, facilitating joint scientific events and research scholarships. The ongoing international conference on legal reforms in Macau highlights the importance of dialogue between legal cultures.
